Like you said, better than spending the $39.15/day the hotel charged to park, plus we got free drinks for our parking money. In fact my wife played 30 minutes on two days and I played 30 minutes one day and we used both cards to exit. We left car in same spot and when we exited there yesterday, attendant check out Reward card and cards show we had played 30 minutes each 24 hour period, so we did not have to pay. She told me 'no, as long as you play 30 minutes every 24 hours.' I asked the attendant on duty at exit booth if I had to get new ticket every day. The hotel and other upgrades are expected to be completed by 2024. and walked back toward casino and walked in where you enter/exit the garage. A rendering of the new 340-room hotel as part of revamp of Harrah's, which will be renamed Caesars New Orleans. I finally walked over to Convention Center Blvd.

I walked right by the garage elevators at Fulton Alley and actually walked 3 more blocks looking for elevator entrance to garage. The second day we were there, I went back to move the car out and back in while my wife played slots. I guess it is against rules to answer own question) (I answered my own question in another post, then copied answer here but my 2nd post was deleted.
